Eleventh Hour is a private and corporate event planning service founded in 2020 - by two bar owners whose mission statement is to provide the same professionalism, service and atmosphere that you would find in any of their personal venues.
Our passion is to create personalised events that are memorable, yet professional.
OUR APPROACH:
Whether the event is indoor or outdoor, four or 1,000 people; we believe that all successful events start and end with a plan. From council and liquor licensing matters to marquees and tables/chairs, we plan and cater to every minute detail of your event so you don't have to. With just a couple of phone calls and emails we will have your event itinerary planned and priced and ready to go.
Keeping to our values of simplicity we supply and organise everything needed for the event, including bartenders, service bars, alcohol, glassware, garnishes and food caterers/plate ware/cutlery. If it's served in a glass or a plate, Eleventh Hour can provide it.
What's an event without entertainment? From speakers and decks to fireworks and DJ's we can help you become immortalised as the host who went above and beyond.

With over 17 years hospitality experience, Stev has been involved in everything from owning cocktail bars and nightclubs, to organising and running +500 person pop-up fringe events. With COVID decimating South Australia’s hospitality sector, at-home parties and events have never been more relevant and in-demand. Stev’s goal is to provide a high level of service and professionalism that you would expect from a venue, delivered to your door.

Creative Director
Hannah is the creative force behind the scenes of Eleventh Hour. Invigorated by artistry, she enjoys everything creative from unique cocktails to decorative displays. With a background in both business, management and hospitality, her focus is ensuring that your vision is brought to reality with professionalism and effectuality. Hannah is inspired by new ideas and the process of ensuring they come to fruition.

This October I had a Wedding Party in my backyard. I had the crew from Eleventh Hour take care of the event. They supplied multiple aspects towards setting up an amazing event. There was lighting, decorations and a custom message on the bar for me and my wife. There was around 150 people at the party. The team did an amazing job serving drinks to amazing cocktails. The Tiki Bar set up was amazing. I couldn't recommend them more! Everyone loved them!
